Instructions

We recommend using our Step by Step Warm and Form Tray Instructions Guide.

1. Place 10cm of boiling water in a bowl and cool for 1-2mins.
2. Holding onto the tab submerge the entire tray (to the tab) in hot water for 3-6 seconds.
3. The tray will wilt – this is normal. Ensure the sides of the tray do not melt into each other.
4. Place the tray over your teeth. Bite firmly into the tray and use your fingers to firmly push and adapt the tray to your teeth.
5. Close your mouth and lips. Suck excess water from the tray for 5-10 seconds. Continue until the tray hardens.
6. Remove the tray and place back into your mouth ensuring it fits tightly.
7. Once satisfied, trim the holding tab. Complete Steps 1-6 for upper and lower teeth.

Important

• To be used with up to and including 6% Hydrogen Peroxide or 18% Carbamide Peroxide Gels only
• Whiten under the supervision of a dental practitioner.
• Maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke during applications.

Storage

Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight at temperatures between (2°-25°C / 35°-77°F).

Should I use Thermoform of Custom Fit Trays?
Thermoforming Trays provide an acceptable fit when adapted to your teeth correctly and are an excellent cost-effective alternative to Custom Fit Trays but cannot replicate the tight, individualised and professional fit that a Custom Fit Tray provides.

Are Thermoform Trays Reusable?
Yes. Thermoform Trays can be used until they become worn or no longer fit.

How many Thermoform Trays do I need?
Each packet contains two Thermoform Trays and is designed for one person – one for your upper and lower teeth.
