Everything to take imprints of and whiten your teeth at home including dentist quality Custom Whitening Trays, Models of your Teeth, Opalescence 10% Melon Whitening Gel, three-way postage* and all aspects of fabrication. Your bundle will be delivered in two separate packages as follows:
PARCEL 1
Everything needed for you to take your impressions of your teeth, return them to us, and to whiten at home.
- Impression Trays and Putty – Upper and/or Lower Trays and enough putty for two attempts for each impression.
- Whitening Gel Dentist recommended Opalescence 10% Melon Whitening Gel and Sensitive Toothpaste.
- Return Satchel and Instructions – Reply paid* satchel to return your impressions to us and impression/whitening instructions.

PARCEL 2
Your Completed Custom Whitening Trays and Tooth Models are posted directly back to you so you can commence whitening with the gel supplied in your first parcel.
- Custom Fit Whitening Trays – Your very own Dentist grade Upper and/or Lower Custom Whitening Trays.
- Teeth Models – Models of your Upper and/or Lower Teeth, can be used fabricate new Custom Fit Trays without retaking impressions again.

Our Custom Fit Complete Package is the ultimate all in one professional home whitening bundle which includes a Custom Fit Kit, Opalescence 10% MELON Teeth Whitening Gel Syringes and Sensitive Toothpaste – everything needed to take your impressions, return them to us and whiten safely from home.
Once you’ve taken your impressions, simply post them back to us and we will take care of the rest!
Our kits are designed to be customised to your needs. Choose to have Upper and/or Lower Custom Whitening Trays created and as fast as you want – by default packages include Standard Fabrication.

Step 1: Purchase Your Kit
Choose from our Trays Only, Complete or Supply Your Models Packages. Read more about our suite of Custom Fit Tray Services.
Step 2: Take Impressions
Follow the instructions in your kit to take your impressions and return them to us.
Step 3: Start Whitening
We post your Custom Fit Trays back to you and you start whitening. We recommend using our Step by Step Opalescence Whitening Guide.
Important
- Whiten under the supervision of a dental practitioner.
- Maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.
- Always read the entire instruction booklet provided with your kit prior to taking your impressions.

Fabrication is dependent on the quality of the impressions taken and delays may be encountered should, at the sole discretion of The House of Mouth your impressions be deemed unacceptable quality for fabrication. Prior to posting your impressions we always suggest contacting us if you are uncertain.

What’s the difference between Custom Fit and Other Whitening Trays?
They are customised to fit your individual mouth, are perfectly fitting, prevent gel leakage and are the safest tray option available.
What’s the difference between Opalescence 10%, 15% and 16% ?
Simply put – the wear time. The stronger the gel the shorter the wear time. 16% is the strongest gel with the shortest wear time whereas 10% is the weakest requring overnight use.
Which package should I choose?
Trays Only Package is suited to those who only require Custom Fit Trays. Our Complete Package includes everything required to whitening at home (Custom Fit Trays and Professional Whitening Kit).
Are Custom Fit Trays what my dentists offer?
Yes. Dentists recommend Custom Fit Trays over other whitening trays.
