If your order or parcel becomes damaged during transit, Contact Us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of everything received including the condition of the parcel and products. We will review the damage and the items may be replaced

Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your order contains faulty or items different from what you ordered, please Contact Us within 7 business days of delivery. You will need to provide clear photos of everything you received and the nature of the fault.
Exchanges
If you have received your order and would like to exchange it for an alternate item, you will need complete the Returns Process. You will need cover the return postage and the cost to deliver the exchanged product to you.
Unsatisfied
If you are not satisfied with the products received, return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in an original and resalable condition you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the return postage costs.

Please remember, Custom-Fit trays require a significant amount of professional work, time, and labour. We hope you understand requests submitted beyond 7 days cannot be honoured.

During this appointment, your Dental Practitioner will review your medical and dental history, discuss your individual whitening situation, and take Dental Impressions of your upper and lower teeth. An Impression Appointment is required for our Visit Us and Mobile Custom Fit Services.
To book a Visit Us or Mobile Custom Fit Impression Appointment you are required to have had a check-up and clean completed by a Dental Practitioner within the last 12 months, provide the contact Details of the practitioner who completed your check-up/clean and if required, authorise The House of Mouth to obtain a copy of your Dental Records.
Fitting Appointment
During this appointment, your Dental Practitioner will issue you with your Custom Fit Whitening Trays, ensure they fit and run through the instructions required to whiten at home. A Fitting Appointment is available for our Visit Us and Mobile Custom Fit Services after your Impression Appointment.

Certain products require you to attend an in-person Issue Appointment. Issue appointments are scheduled with and only available with a Dental Practitioner at our Gold Coast Clinic.
During your Issue Appointment the Dental Practitioner will assess your mouth, medical and dental history, discuss the whitening process, and answer your questions.
Any Teeth Whitening Product exceeding 6% Hydrogen Peroxide or 18% Carbamide Peroxide. These products contain an Appointment Required icon on the product page. You can view all products requiring an issue appointment here.

To help select a product suited to your individual whitening needs we have classified whitening products based on four criteria.
Strength
All whitening products have been classified in accordance with how much active ingredient they contain. The higher the percentage the higher the strength.
- Gentle: Peroxide Free, Less than 16% Carbamide Peroxide or 6% Hydrogen Peroxide
- Standard: 16-17% Carbamide Peroxide
- Strong: 18% Carbamide Peroxide, 6% Hydrogen Peroxide or more
Wear Time
