Custom Fit or Warm and Form Tray Instructions

1. Apply a pin head of NOW Gel into each tooth space on the bleaching tray.
2. Use the gel sparingly as excess will be squeezed into the mouth and will be lost.
3. After applying the Gel wipe away any excess in the mouth with a paper tissue.
4. After wearing the tray for the recommended time, it should be removed from the mouth, wash in room temperature water and either reloaded or stored in a Mouth Tray Case until the next gel application.
5. The trays should not be worn during eating, teeth cleaning, playing contact sport or swimming.

NOW Tray Instructions

1. Make sure tray is dry. Place a thin strip (approximately 2mm thick) of whitening gel directly across the small nodes on both sides of the whitening tray. As the gel is very viscous it will generally stay on the nodes with minimal over spill.
2. Insert the tray and leave in for 15min.
3. This can be repeated up to 3 times a day until results are achieved.
4. For a greater uptake of the whitening gel, rub off excess saliva on your teeth with a micro fibre cloth just before inserting the mouth tray. While the tray is inserted, you may also very gently suck the mouth tray towards your teeth, to create a vacuum between the teeth and tray. This allows for maximum exposure of the gel across the teeth surface area.
5. Successful whitening depends upon the time and frequency. Results will usually occur over 10 days. There is sufficient gel in the 30 ml tube for approx. 20 applications.

• Do not eat, drink or smoke during treatment.
• Avoid staining foods, drinks and tobacco for 30mins after each treatment
• Maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.

Storage

Store below 30°C. Do not use after expiration date.

What’s the difference between the PDS NOW 10% and 16% Concentrations?
16% is suitable for those wanting the quickest wear time whereas 10% is ideal for those concerned about sensitivity and requires a longer wear time.

How many treatments does this last for?
Each 30ml tube lasts for about 72 upper and lower whitening treatments with Custom Fit Whitening Trays and approximately 20 treatments when used with the NOW Whitening Silicone Tray.
