Daniel has over 14 years’ experience in the clinical, education and business dental settings with qualifications, undergraduate and post graduate degrees in Dental, Health Services Management and Vocational Education. As the visionary founder of House of Mouth™, an avid coffee consumer and fellow teeth whitener he understands the link between oral and general health and is always willing to offer guidance or assistance when it comes to selecting or using a product suited to your individual needs. Dan’s caring, patient and empathetic nature is always a standout among our valued customers, particularly among those going through the challenging journey of Cancer treatment.

Lynsey has been working in the Dental Industry for over 13 years in various Management Roles. Lynsey is responsible for leading HOM’s supply chain and associated logistics. Through efficient inventory management and control Lynsey works closely with our Fulfillment Team to ensure a smooth customer fulfillment experience. Lynsey is a stickler for keeping our internal inventory and processes under control, on track and efficient. Absolute rockstar!

Known for her love of good coffee (oat milk latte, extra shot) and Harry Styles, Lynsey is always down for a local lager on a hot day. Her favourite go-to products from THOM are a Red Caredent 4R Toothbrush, Piksters Freshmint Toothpaste and Poladay Gel to keep her pearly whites, white after drinking all that good coffee!

Ever wondered how we get your order to you so quickly? Naomi, our Fulfilment Lead is the answer! From the point of order placement to dispatch our Fulfillment Lead works to ensure HOM’s fulfillment operations run smoothly and efficiently.  Naomi plays a vital role in assisting our valued customers who require product or order assistance or who have popped into our Burleigh Heads Studio. Our customers always love Nao’s understanding, caring and patient nature when dealing with their enquiries. Nao is the bubbly, always keen for a chat and laugh gal in the THOM family.  She is super passionate about cooking and baking – her go-to recipe is Narni’s Choccy Cake. Lucky she works in the Oral Care Industry to keep those toothy pegs looking schmick with all her sweet treat baking! Speaking of looking after her pearly whites, Nao likes short whitening sessions with maximum results, so the ZOOM! Day White is her fave. She’s a Mumma always on the move, so,  you’ll find her with a decent supply of Hasty Pasty Toothbrushes in her handbag for quick, convenient and effective teeth cleans on the go – perfect for both adults and kiddies.

Bek has over eight years’ experience in the Dental Industry in both Senior Dental Assisting and Management Roles which provided her the skills to seamlessly manage our Custom Fit Services. Bek facilitates the fabrication of our customers Custom Fit Whitening Trays in our in-house Lab and assists our Custom Fit Customers from general enquiries, placing an order and guidance with taking your Custom Fit Impressions.

Bek is that friend who always carries floss with her (in case of emergencies) and always has a fun new tooth fact for you every time you see her. Bek is a huge foodie and in her spare time you’ll find her ticking off the amazing restaurants we have here on the Gold Coast one by one with a coffee/margarita in hand or showing you 1000 pictures of her Border Collie. Her must-haves from THOM are the Opalescence Whitening Gel, the GC Strawberry Tooth Mousse Plus (strawberry milkshake vibes) and the Ruscello Floss in Yellow (cute and practical).

Paris works within our busy Fulfillment Department primarily fulfilling orders and assisting our customers with their enquiries. Paris has a keen attention to detail which means orders are cross checked and fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Paris is currently expanding her skill set with her University Studies in both Law and Media, keeping our team up to speed with the latest. When Paris isn’t studying or working you she enjoys working out, catching up with her friends or you may spot her at one of the latest gigs.

Craig’s experience lies with Freight and Cargo which has our customers (and our) Cartage needs sorted. Craig also manages our Bulk Partners with their order and shipment requirements. Craig also steps up and assists our Fulfillment and Supply Teams during our peak times to ensure our orders are shipped on time, every day!

Craig is known for always being on time (and keeping track of time!). When not working on his cars or drinking coffee he is keeping his pearly whites in check (and ticking all the boxes) with his Opalescence Whitening Toothpaste, cloSYS Mouthwash and Colgate Slim Soft Toothbrush!

With her background in Nursing, Paris assists our customer service and marketing team. Paris’ friendly and caring demeanor is a true standout and this is why her patients (and we) love her work.

When not whitening his teeth or sipping coffee (hopefully, not at the same time) and as needed, he assists our Customer Service Team with fulfilling orders and managing stock.

Sharon works closely alongside our Supply and Fulfillment Teams to manage our ever-increasing product catalogue – with over 800+ products it’s a big task! Her eye for perfection ensures our entire range is efficiently managed - with a fine-tooth comb (no pun intended).

Shaz loves a lazy beach walk, but, it is mandatory these walks finish with coffee and cake! You will always find Shaz checking in on the team and making sure we stay nourished and energised for our fast paced days. PS The team never says no to and can’t go past Shaz’s constant and endless supply of new and exciting office goodies! Shaz has fallen in love with the super soft Colgate Cushion Clean Toothbrush and Xylimelt dry mouth lozenges.
