Opalescence 15% PF Instructions – At a Glance

1. Place a small drop of gel into every compartment of the tray for the teeth undergoing treatment.
2. Insert the tray in your mouth and lightly tap it to adapt the sides to your teeth. Leave the tray in your mouth for the recommended time.
3. Remove tray and use a finger or soft toothbrush to clean any excess gel off your teeth. Rinse your mouth twice being sure not to swallow rinsed gel.
4. Clean tray with soft brush and cool tap water. Dry and store your trays in a cool place.

Teeth Whitening Maintenance

To maintain the colour of your teeth regular whitening treatments or touch ups are required. Teeth Whitening results can vary greatly between individuals. Teeth Whitening Trays

Custom Fit Trays are recommended for use with all Opalescence Teeth Whitening Gels as they provide the safest and most effective results. Starter Kits include Warm and Form Trays to help get you started with teeth whitening. Ingredients

Glycerin, Water (Aqua), Urea (Carbamide) Peroxide, Carbomer, PEG6, Xylitol, Sodium Hydroxide, EDTA, Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Fluoride.

Storage

Store bleach out of the sun and heat. Refrigeration (2°-8°C) is recommended. Do not freeze. Do not use after expiration date.

What are Thermoforming Trays?
Reusable, plastic whitening trays which you warm in water, mould to your teeth and place your whitening gel into.

Should I use Thermoform or Custom Fit Trays?
Custom Fit Trays are recommended for use with our whitening gels as they provide the best fit. Thermoforming Trays are an excellent cost effective alternative.

What’s the difference between Opalescence 10%, 15% and 16% ?
Simply put – the wear time. The stronger the gel the shorter the wear time. 16% is the strongest gel with the shortest wear time whereas 10% is the weakest requiring overnight use.

How many treatments does this last for?
Each 1.2ml syringe lasts for about 3 upper and lower whitening treatments.
