Xylimelt Features
XyliMelts are oral-adhering discs that stick to your teeth or gums to relieve persistent dry mouth. Use XyliMelts during the day or while sleeping and find temporary relief from frequent thirst, sticky dryness in the mouth and throat, and other unpleasant dry mouth symptoms.
Made with xylitol, a natural sweetener that helps stimulate saliva flow, XyliMelts utilise adhering disc technology to slowly release 550 mg of xylitol, which is most effective when continuously released and lingers in the mouth, especially when used while sleeping when saliva flow is lowest.
XyliMelts last for hours, moisturising and coating the mouth for optimal comfort. XyliMelts are available in Mild Mint and Mint Free Flavours.
The Mild Mint flavor freshens your breath and the xylitol may reduce the risk of tooth decay.
Use in conjunction with Dry Mouth Toothpaste, Mouthwash and Sprays for long lasting Dry Mouth at night relief and throughout the day.
Xylimelt Benefits
What makes XyliMelts so effective against dry mouth? The key ingredient is xylitol, a naturally sweet carbohydrate found in raspberries, corn, oats, and other plants. Xylitol cannot be digested by the harmful mouth bacteria that cause tooth decay, gum disease, and infections. Plus, when xylitol lingers in the mouth, it stimulates saliva and may reduce the risk of tooth decay.
Clinical studies suggest that you can maximise the benefits of xylitol by slowly releasing a continuous concentration of xylitol in your mouth. To achieve this with xylitol gum, you’d need to work through 6-9 pieces of gum per day and you would still miss the sleeping hours. XyliMelts help solve this problem by utilising adhering disc technology that releases just the right concentration of xylitol over time—meaning hours of dry mouth relief for you as the disc coats, moisturises, and increases saliva flow, especially while sleeping when dry mouth is worst.

Instructions
- Place a disc at the gum line on the outside of the molar, upper or lower, with the white side touching your cheek and the tan adhesive side against your gums and/or teeth.
- Use your tongue to push the disc to a comfortable spot. Once there, do not push with your finger or touch your tongue for 10 seconds, as this will disrupt adhesion which grows stronger over time.
- While Sleeping: Use two discs, placing one on each side of the mouth. Some people find one disc at at time is enough.
- Daytime: As needed.

Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. He accidentally ran over my parcel not realising.I messaged HoM to see if they were able to get any compensation from Aramex and they weren’t able to but Lynsey still very kindly sent my parcel out again.Really generous and understanding. Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. My dentist did not provide a full amount of whitening gel to get through 30 days treatment. The cost of an extra gel from my dentist was high. I looked online and found THE HOUSE OF MOUTH. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.

Great products, fantastic prices and fabulous service from support staff, I had a issue on how to use a product that I had purchased and sent an email, I received a telephone call within a couple of hours and Daniel was so patient, I have spoken to a couple of telephone support staff and they are so nice,house of mouth is lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable people.I would not purchase from anywhere else.You will go to house of mouth for their range and price but you will stay for their sales and support service.
