Pola day 35% CP Whitening Gel is available in 3gram, 4 x 1.3gram and 10 x 1.3gram Syringe options.

Each 3gram applicator provides enough gel for 6 full upper and lower whitening applications, whilst 1.3gram syringes lasting 3-4 treatments. Thanks to its smooth, high-viscosity consistency, the gel is easy to place in trays and stays in position during wear. The formulation includes fluoride, which helps support enamel strength, and soothers and conditioners, which are commonly used to manage temporary tooth sensitivity. Poladay 35% CP Teeth Whitening Gel Instructions

Follow the guidance provided in your Pola Whitening Instruction Guide. For first-time users, discussing your individual circumstances with your dental professional before starting any form of whitening.

1. Place a small drop of gel into every compartment of the tray for the teeth undergoing treatment.
2. Seat the tray, with the gel around the teeth.
3. Wipe away excess gel in mouth with a tissue or dry soft brush
4. After treatment, remove tray. Rinse tray and mouth with lukewarm water
5. Brush teeth

Teeth Whitening Maintenance

To help maintain the appearance of whitening, occasional touch-ups may be recommended by your dental professional. Results vary between individuals. An everyday whitening toothpaste such as Opalescence Teeth Whitening Toothpaste can help maintain colour between uses. This can be combined with occasional, targeted touch ups using a Teeth Whitening Pen.

What’s the difference between PolaDay and PolaNight?
The main difference is in concentration and wear time. Pola Day whitening gel (hydrogen peroxide) is designed for shorter daytime sessions, while Pola Night whitening gel (carbamide peroxide) is suited for longer or overnight use. Your dental professional will recommend the most appropriate option based on your individual needs and sensitivity levels.

How many applications does each pack provide?
Each 3gram applicator provides enough gel for approximately 6 full upper and lower whitening applications, whilst 1.3gram applicators provide enough gel for approximately 3 applications. Use no more than 1–2 small drops (about a match-head size) for each tooth you wish to whiten.

Is Pola Whitening safe?
Yes — when used as professionally recommended. Pola Day and Pola Night gels are widely used under dental supervision, though a small number of people may experience mild, temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation.
