Colgate Neutrafluor 5000 is a refreshing mint flavoured Toothpaste which contains Neutral Sodium Fluoride and is used in wide variety of situations to help improve oral health. Colgate Neutrafluor 5000 Plus Toothpaste is to be used only under the advice or recommendation of a Dental Practitioner or Doctor.
Colgate Neutrafluor 5000 Toothpaste is available in Standard and Sensitive Formulations.

Instructions
Adults and Children 10 Years and older:
- Use daily in place of regular toothpaste or as directed by your dentist or doctor.
- Apply a thin ribbon of Neutrafluor 5000 Plus to a soft toothbrush and brush teeth thoroughly for two minutes.
- After use spit out excess toothpaste and refrain from eating, drinking, or rinsing for 30 minutes.
Safety
- Do not swallow. As with all medications, keep out of reach of infants and children.
- Please read the enclosed leaflet before use.
- CAUTION: Children under 10 years should not use. Keep out of reach of children.
- Always read the label. Follow the directions for use.

- Brush Twice Daily
- Clean between your teeth with Floss or Interdental Brushes
- Use a Dentist Recommended Toothbrush
- Use a Tongue Cleaner to Brush Your Tongue
