UltraEZ Pre Filled Tray Info

UltraEZ Pre Filled Trays quickly eliminate sensitivity from tooth whitening, hot/cold and chemical changes, root exposure, and toothbrush abrasion. UltraEZ sustained-release formula provides immediate results to help teeth being from being sensitive.

UltraEZ is a sustained-release sticky gel that contains 3% potassium nitrate and 0.11% Fluoride. It provides a film-like varnish for sensitive teeth, sealing exposed dentin and other areas where sensitivity is a concern.

Prefilled UltraFit trays adapt to any smile and allows UltraEz to be easily used at home and without the need for Custom Fit Teeth Whitening Trays.

UltraEz can be applied before or after whitening treatment and can be used in conjunction with a Sensitive Toothpaste for maximum results.

Each box contains 8 Pre-filled, disposable UltraFit Trays (4x Upper and 4x Lower) which is enough for 4 individual treatments.

UltraEZ is available in Gel Syringes and convenient Pre Filled Trays.

Each Set is supplied in original manufacturer packaging.

Instructions

Rub onto the affected area for 2 minutes.
Do not eat or drink for at least 10 minutes.
Repeat every 2 – 3 hours until symptoms have subsided

Do not use if you have any known allergies to the listed ingredients.

Who shoud use UltraEZ Pre Filled Trays?
Suited for those who do not have whitening trays. Ideal for tooth sensitivity experienced from hot or cold foods, drinks and teeth whitening treatments.

When do I use UltraEZ?
Simply mould the prefilled UltraFit trays to your teeth and use before/after teeth whitening or until symptoms have subsided.

How many treatments are included?
10 Upper and Lower Treatments. Each box set contains 4 Upper and 4 Lower Prefilled Trays.

Does this product contain fluoride?

My personal experience at House of Mouth has been incredibly positive. I'm always nervous and sceptical when it comes to anything relating to my health. Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. He accidentally ran over my parcel not realising.I messaged HoM to see if they were able to get any compensation from Aramex and they weren’t able to but Lynsey still very kindly sent my parcel out again.Really generous and understanding. My first time ordering from HoM and I’m really impressed with the quality of the whitening gel and their customer service.

Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. Bought first pack of XyliMelts Dry mouth melts - absolute life saver. Have been able to sleep through the night using them and am using them during the day as well. Brilliant product

My dentist did not provide a full amount of whitening gel to get through 30 days treatment. The cost of an extra gel from my dentist was high. I looked online and found THE HOUSE OF MOUTH. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.

Great products, fantastic prices and fabulous service from support staff, I had a issue on how to use a product that I had purchased and sent an email, I received a telephone call within a couple of hours and Daniel was so patient, I have spoken to a couple of telephone support staff and they are so nice,house of mouth is lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable people.I would not purchase from anywhere else.You will go to house of mouth for their range and price but you will stay for their sales and support service.
