Prior to scheduling an appointment you (and all group members) must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions below - a copy will be provided to all appointment holders upon confirmation.

General Service Usage Terms

By using The House of Mouth Mobile Custom Fit Mouth Tray Service Online Booking System, as well as all services provided by The House of Mouth (including, but not limited to, the services rendered by The House of Mouth and the booking of appointments with our third party online booking provider), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.


The House of Mouth reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions of Use without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new products, services or resources shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use. Continued use of the products or services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.


It is expected that individuals have also read and agreed to i) ‘The House of Mouth General Terms and Conditions’, ii) ‘The House of Mouth Teeth Whitening FAQ’s’ and iii) ‘The House of Mouth Custom Fit FAQ’s’ prior to making any decisions relating to the use of this service, its risks and alternatives. If you do not agree to any aspect of i), ii) or iii) above you are not permitted to utilise this service


Please note in the circumstance of a group booking (two or more) it is the sole responsibility of each individual scheduled within the allocated appointment to have read, agree and comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use. Any individual who doesn’t agree or comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use is not permitted to utilize this service and their scheduled appointments may be cancelled according to our 'Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy'.


Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on “as is” and “as available” basis.

By utilizing this Service you accept all the risks associated with the product and service(s) rendered and agree that The House of Mouth or the manufacturer of the product will not be liable for any unexpected results or complications that may arise as a result of the use of the product and/or the service(s) of The House of Mouth.


You are required to provide your legal name; age, valid contact details, appropriate medical history, consent, and any other information requested to complete the requirements of the Service. All forms and documents must be returned to The House of Mouth in the manner and by the date indicated. Should any type of document or form required for the purpose of this service be incomplete, refused or not be returned by an individual (including any or all members in group bookings) in the manner or date indicated, The House of Mouth in its sole discretion has the ability to amend, reschedule, reject or cancel the appointment.


You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your appointment security deposit.


Prior to utilizing this service The House of Mouth recommends that individuals are up to date with their routine dental appointments and do not recommend utilizing this service if you have not had a thorough dental examination and scale and clean appointment within the last six months, or on advice or recommendation by your dentist or oral health care professional.


The House of Mouth advises that you shouldn't use any teeth whitening product or The House of Mouth service(s) listed, advertised or otherwise mentioned on this site if: you are under 18 years of age, are currently pregnant or attempting to become pregnant, are lactating or breastfeeding, are currently undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy, have health problems, periodontal disease or gums that are in poor or in an unsatisfactory condition including bleeding, sore and/or tender gums, overly sensitive teeth, wear braces or are currently in the active phases of any form of general, orthodontic, periodontal or specialist dental treatment, have decayed or carious teeth, have had recent surgery (within the last six months), have exposed tooth root(s), have any known allergies including those to latex, acrylics, salicylates, rubbers and/or plastics, have colitis or are currently experiencing jaw problems.


The House of Mouth will not be held responsible for any conflicts or errors resulting from use of the Service, including but not limited to; missed or wrongly booked appointments, incorrectly charged appointments or any negative experiences or outcomes resulting either from the appointment itself or from the booking process.


The House of Mouth does not warrant that (i) the Service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service are guaranteed, expected or otherwise intended, (iii) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectation.


You expressly understand and agree that The House of Mouth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to; damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if The House of Mouth has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from; (i) the use or the inability to use the Service, (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, information or services purchased or obtained through or from the The House of Mouth Services, (iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service, or (v) any other matter relating to the Service.


The failure of The House of Mouth to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms and Conditions of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and The House of Mouth and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and The House of Mouth (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions of Use)


You understand that when you make an online booking via our Third Party Provider, The House of Mouth have functionality that allows them to send you emails and/or text messages regarding your booking with The House of Mouth.


The House of Mouth doesn't manufacture any of products listed on its web site or that are associated with the use of this service. The House of Mouth is simply a reseller.


Appointment Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellation

The individual who has scheduled an appointment is solely responsible for the rescheduling or cancelling of appointment(s). Appointment rescheduling and cancellations can be made directly through our Third Party Booking System via your online booking portal utilising the details provided in the initial appointment email. Alternatively, an email or phone request to cancel your appointment acceptable.


A minimum of 24hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


A full refund of the security deposit will be provided for appointment cancellations in accordance with the 24hr rule. The appointment security deposit will be held in the event of rescheduling.


A cancellation made within the 24hr window of an appointment will result in the complete forfeiture of the entire appointment security deposit. This applies to each individual in the instance of a group booking. If one or more person(s) cannot attend a scheduled group appointment, we cannot offer a complimentary reschedule for those who cannot attend – this will be treated as a group cancellation and is bound by the 24hr rule.


The remainder of the service fee, that is, the total service fee less the appointment security deposit must be paid on the day of service. The House of Mouth accepts debit or credit cards via our Mobile Terminal. Credit card fees are incorporated into The House of Mouth fee for service.


A failure to pay the remaining fee or decision not to proceed utilising this service, on the day of your appointment, will result in the termination and cancellation of your entire appointment including all group members during the scheduled appointment. This will be treated as a cancellation with less than 24hrs notice and the entire security deposit will be forfeited.


Appointments made within a locality not currently listed within our Service area will either be i) rejected, ii) cancelled, iii) amended or iv) rescheduled by The House of Mouth or the client. In such an instance, the time of rejection, cancellation, amendment or rescheduling will be treated at The House of Mouth sole discretion and will be defined precisely at the time The House of Mouth (or client) chooses to do so. These scenarios are bound by the 24hr rule from the time The House of Mouth (or client) rejects, cancels, amends or reschedules the appointment.


The House of Mouth, in its sole discretion, has the right refuse or cancel your appointment and all current or future use our Services for any reason at any time. Such refusal or cancellation of the Service will result in the cancellation of your Appointment and your access to your Online Booking Information, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your associated with this service in your Third Party Appointing account. In such an instance appointment cancellation will be bound by the 24hr rule within the cancellation policy.


We may, but have no obligation to, cancel Appointments that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions of Use.


Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any The House of Mouth customer, employee, member, or representative will result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment and future use of the Service. In such an instance appointment cancellation will be bound by the 24hr rule within the cancellation policy.


The House of Mouth’s decision to refuse the continuation of this service for any reason, at any time prior to, during or after and in the best health or general interests of the client.


Modifications to the Service and Prices

The House of Mouth reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. The House of Mouth shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


Context of Services Rendered

The use of this Service and/or The House of Mouth’s web site is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional medical or dental advice.


The House of Mouth strongly recommends utilizing the information provided through this Service and it’s website in conjunction and in direct accordance with both your medical and dental physicians. It doesn't replace or serve as a sole source of professional indication, recommendation or information.


The House of Mouth advises that you consult with your medical and dental physicians or health care practitioner(s) regarding the use of this service or any goods, products or information received from The House of Mouth’s web site before using or relying on them.


Your medical and dental physicians or health care practitioner should address any and all medical questions, concerns and decisions regarding the possible treatment of any medical condition including allergens, intolerances and sensitivities.


In no way or form does the information or Services provided by The House of Mouth act as or replace any professional dental or medical advice and/services.


It is your responsibility to check the ingredients of any products prior to utilising this Service to ensure you are not allergic to any of ingredients. Additional information regarding the ingredients of a specific product is freely available on request from The House of Mouth.


The House of Mouth, its employees or contractors cannot be held liable for any allergic, dental, medical or other related issues that may arise from the use of this Service or any product associated with this Service or listed on The House of Mouth’s website.

Teeth Whitening Results

The exact degree of effect of teeth whiteness will vary between individuals. Home Teeth Whitening is highly dependent on many factors and may or may not be affected by the structure of the teeth, the number of applications, or the duration of time that the system is used. The House of Mouth cannot and does not guarantee the results of any service it renders or, any product it lists, supplies or mentions.


Teeth Whitening and the use of this Service may result in a blotchy appearance to the tooth surface and the whitening result may not be uniform giving the teeth a banded or uneven appearance.


Teeth Whitening results fade with time and any unexpected results may or may not be reversible. The Services and products offered for sale will not whiten any existing dental work. This includes but is not limited to crowns, veneers, bridges, inlays, onlays and restorations.



As a registered customer of The House of Mouth you will receive communication from us and from time to time. The House of Mouth may contact you via email, phone or mail with information regarding our products, services and promotional material.
