Xylitol Benefits

What makes FreshMelts so effective against bad breath? The key ingredient is Xylitol, a naturally sweet carbohydrate found in raspberries, corn, oats, and other plants. Xylitol cannot be digested by the harmful mouth bacteria that cause tooth decay, gum disease, and infections. Plus, when Xylitol lingers in the mouth, it stimulates saliva and may reduce the risk of tooth decay.

Clinical studies suggest that you can maximize the benefits of Xylitol by slowly releasing a continuous concentration of Xylitol in your mouth. To achieve this with Xylitol gum, you’d need to work through 6-9 pieces of gum per day and you would still miss the sleeping hours. FreshMelts help solve this problem by utilizing adhering disc technology that releases just the right concentration of Xylitol over time—meaning hours of bad breath relief for you as the disc coats, moisturizes, and increases saliva flow.

Instructions

Place a disc at the gum line on the outside of the molar, upper or lower, with the white side touching your cheek and the tan adhesive side against your gums and/or teeth.
Use your tongue to push the disc to a comfortable spot. Once there, do not push with your finger or touch your tongue for 10 seconds, as this will disrupt adhesion which grows stronger over time.

OraCoat FreshMelts can be used as often as needed, anywhere, anytime to maintain fresh breath. Simply place a new disc when the previous one has dissolved.

Amazing customer service (particularly from Lynsey Fairhurst)I ordered from HoM recently and the Aramex delivery guy stupidly threw my parcel behind the wheel of my house mate’s car. He accidentally ran over my parcel not realising.I messaged HoM to see if they were able to get any compensation from Aramex and they weren’t able to but Lynsey still very kindly sent my parcel out again.Really generous and understanding. Have an auto-immune problem with my mouth which results in constant horrendous dry mouth, waking me at least 4-6 times during the night with no saliva, mouth like the desert. My dentist did not provide a full amount of whitening gel to get through 30 days treatment. The cost of an extra gel from my dentist was high. I looked online and found THE HOUSE OF MOUTH. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.
