Instructions

1. Brush your teeth thoroughly with fluoride toothpaste.
2. Place a small, pinhead-sized drop of Colgate Optic White 9% Gel into each tray compartment for the teeth to be whitened.
3. Insert the tray and press gently to ensure even placement.
4. If excess gel seeps out, carefully remove it from gums with a cotton swab.
5. Wear the tray for up to 30 minutes, or as directed by your supervising dental professional.
6. Remove the tray and brush your teeth with a wet toothbrush to remove any remaining whitening gel.

Tip: Rather than a continuous bead, use no more than 1–2 small drops (match-head size) per tooth; this helps preserve gel and can minimise sensitivity and gum irritation.
