Instructions

We recommend using our Step by Step Colgate Optic White Whitening Guide.

Thoroughly brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste.
Place a small drop of Colgate Optic White Gel in the tray, for each tooth that needs to be whitened (small pen drop).
Place the mouth tray with gel into mouth and over teeth. Press gently against the mouth tray with your fingers to put tray in place.
If gel oozes out as you place the tray, remove excess gel from gums with an absorbent material such as cotton swab, making sure to remove all gel from your gums and gum line.
Wear tray for 30mins or as instructed.
When treatment has been completed, remove the mouth tray. Brush your teeth with a wet toothbrush to remove any residual whitening gel.

Important

Use with Custom Fit Whitening Trays.
Whiten under the supervision of a dental practitioner.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during treatment.
Avoid staining foods, drinks and tobacco for 30mins after each treatment
Maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.

Storage

Store at room temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 30°C. Do not use after expiration date.

My dentist did not provide a full amount of whitening gel to get through 30 days treatment. The cost of an extra gel from my dentist was high. I looked online and found THE HOUSE OF MOUTH. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.
