Whiten under the supervision of a dental practitioner.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during treatment.
Avoid staining foods, drinks and tobacco for 30mins after each treatment
Maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.

Storage

Store at room temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 30°C. Do not use after expiration date.

What are Thermoforming Trays?
Reusable, plastic whitening trays which you warm in water, mould to your teeth and place your whitening gel into.

Should I use Thermoform or Custom Fit Trays?
Custom Fit Trays are recommended for use with our whitening gels as they provide the best fit. Thermoforming Trays are an excellent cost effective alternative.

How long do I wear Colgate Optic White for?
1 x 30mins per day until your desired shade is achieved. This can be adjusted accordingly depending on your diet, lifestyle and whitening preferences.

How many treatments does this last for?
Each 3.11gram syringe lasts for about 7 upper and lower whitening treatments.

My dentist did not provide a full amount of whitening gel to get through 30 days treatment. The cost of an extra gel from my dentist was high. I looked online and found THE HOUSE OF MOUTH. I don't normally write reviews, but am making an exception for House of Mouth. The reason is that they provide a top notch service at a cost far less than you'd pay at the dentist. It costs a bundle to get a dentist to make those bleaching trays to whiten your pearlies. House of Mouth will do a perfect job for way less. And you don't have to go into an appointment - you can do it all by mail. Dan is lovely to deal with. And the whole process is easy.
